One server per customer

We never hold your keys

Each device's private key is born in the browser of whoever enrolls it and stays there. Only the public key travels to the server.

Questions about the business VPN

What is a dedicated static IP and why do I need one?
It is a public IP address that never changes and that only your company uses. It lets you configure your servers, control panels and systems to accept connections only from that address (known as IP allowlisting). With the Webzi VPN, every connected device goes out to the internet with that IP, whether it is at the office, at home or on the road.
How is it different from a static IP from my internet provider?
An ISP static IP is tied to the office line: as soon as someone works from home or from their phone, they lose access. The Webzi IP travels with every device. On top of that, the ISP bills it as an extra fee on your internet plan and it covers a single location; here the IP is included with up to 200 devices.
Is this a VPN for anonymous browsing?
No. It is a business access tool: its purpose is to let your team reach restricted systems using the company IP. It is not meant to hide anyone's identity or to watch content from other countries, and the company manages the devices.
Do you charge per user or per device?
Neither: we charge per company. Each plan includes a number of devices (one key per laptop, phone, tablet or router) and you can add more for a small monthly fee each. As a rule of thumb, one person usually uses two devices: a computer and a phone.
What happens if a device is lost or someone leaves the company?
Open the Webzi Panel, revoke that device and access is cut off instantly. Every device has its own key, so revoking one does not affect the others. Enrolling or revoking requires the two-factor authentication on your account.
Do I have to install anything or set up a server?
You never set up a server: we create and run yours. On each device you only install the official, free WireGuard app (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS or Linux), scan the QR code or import the file you download from the panel, and you are done. We have step-by-step guides for every operating system.
Where is the server and how much latency does it add?
In Dallas, Texas, in an enterprise-grade data center that is central to the US. It adds a few milliseconds from most of the country, imperceptible for control panels, servers and back-office systems. If you would rather keep video calls or streaming off the VPN, enable split tunneling and only traffic to your servers will exit through the static IP.
What about online banking or government portals?
Some banks or portals may ask for extra verification when you sign in through a VPN or from a data-center IP. Our recommendation is to use split tunneling: your servers and panels go through the VPN, and the rest of your browsing exits through your local connection as usual.
Can I have more than one static IP?
Each plan includes one static IP exclusive to your company, and every device exits with it from anywhere, so a single IP covers offices, home and travel. If your operation needs separate IPs for different areas or vendors, tell us about your case before ordering.
What happens if the VPN server fails?
We rebuild it automatically in 5 to 10 minutes with the same IP, which is reserved under your name, so you never have to touch your allowlists. Every plan includes a 99.5% SLA by contract. As a best practice, we recommend keeping your office IP allowed on your systems as well.
Is there a transfer limit?
No. Transfer is unlimited for the normal use of a business: access to servers, control panels and systems. A fair-use policy applies; if we detect unusual consumption that affects the service, we will let you know in advance.
How am I billed?
Prices are in USD and you get an invoice automatically for every charge, under the same account and payment method as your hosting. There are no contracts: you can cancel anytime.
Is this the same as the Dedicated IP for hosting?
No. The Dedicated IP for hosting is an exclusive address for your website hosted at Webzi. The business VPN gives a static IP to the people and devices on your team when they go out to the internet. Many customers use both: one for their site and one to manage it securely.
