1. Provider Identification

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between:

Hereinafter referred to as "Webzi", "we" or "the Provider", and you, the customer or user of our services (hereinafter "Customer", "User" or "you").

2. Purpose of the Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of web hosting services, domain registration, SSL certificates, email and related services that Webzi offers through its digital platforms, including but not limited to the websites webzi.mx, webzi.es and webzi.app.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any of our services, you expressly consent to be bound by these Terms. This consent is perfected through:

• Creating an account on our platform
• Contracting any service
• Payment for any service offered
• Continued use of our services

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

4. Legal Capacity

To contract our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Mexican law. If you contract on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have sufficient authority to bind such entity.

5. Term

These Terms become effective from the moment you access or use our services and shall remain in force as long as you maintain a commercial relationship with Webzi or use our services. Obligations that by their nature should survive (such as confidentiality, intellectual property and limitation of liability) shall continue in effect even after termination of the contractual relationship.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the United Mexican States, including but not limited to:

• Commercial Code
• Federal Civil Code
• Federal Consumer Protection Law
• Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties
• NOM-151-SCFI-2016 (Requirements for preservation of data messages and document digitization)

For any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

7. Consumer Rights

In compliance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, we inform you that you have the right to:

• Receive clear and accurate information about the contracted services
• Know prices, rates, charges and conditions before contracting
• Obtain an invoice or tax receipt for your payments
• File complaints or claims with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO)

8. Personal Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which is an integral part of these Terms. We recommend reading it carefully to learn how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, as well as your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
