Satisfaction Guarantee
At Webzi we trust the quality of our services. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee so you can try our hosting risk-free.
1. What Does It Consist Of?
If you are not completely satisfied with our shared hosting services, you can request a full refund of your investment within the first 30 days from service activation. No questions asked, no complications.
2. Eligible Services
The satisfaction guarantee applies only to:
- Shared Hosting Plans (Web Hosting)
- WordPress Hosting Plans
- Business Email Plans
Condition: Applies only to new subscriptions (first time the customer acquires the service). Does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or re-subscriptions.
3. Non-Eligible Services
The following services are NOT eligible for the satisfaction guarantee:
- Domain registration and renewal
- SSL Certificates
- Reseller Plans
- VPS Servers
- Dedicated Servers
- Software licenses (cPanel, Softaculous, etc.)
- Identity protection services (ID Protection)
- Additional or complementary services
- Assisted migration services
- Specialized technical support work
4. Subscriptions with Included Domain
If your subscription includes the registration of a domain (free or discounted):
- The domain is non-refundable since the registration is processed immediately with the registrar
- The refund amount will be the total paid minus the domain cost at the current regular price
- The domain will remain registered in your name and you can continue using it with another hosting provider
Example: If you paid $99 USD for annual hosting with a "free" .com domain and the domain costs $15 USD, your refund would be $84 USD.
5. How to Request a Refund
To make the satisfaction guarantee valid:
- Log in to your client area
- Open a support ticket in the Support department
- Indicate the service you wish to cancel and request the refund under the 30-day guarantee
- Our team will verify that you meet the requirements
- Once approved, we will process the refund
Important: The request must be made before the 30 days are completed from the service activation date. Requests outside this period will not be eligible.
6. Refund Processing
Once the request is approved:
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Return method: The refund will be made to the same original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.)
- Cash payments: Bank details will be requested for wire transfer
The time for the money to reflect in your account depends on your banking institution or payment processor.
7. What Happens to My Account?
When requesting a refund under the satisfaction guarantee:
- The hosting service will be canceled immediately upon refund approval
- All files, databases, and emails will be permanently deleted
- It is your responsibility to download a backup of your information before requesting the refund
- Your client account will remain active (without services) in case you wish to subscribe in the future
8. Restrictions
Webzi reserves the right to reject refund requests in the following cases:
- The service was suspended for violation of our terms of service
- A pattern of guarantee abuse is detected (repeatedly requesting and canceling)
- The customer has already used the satisfaction guarantee previously
- The request is made outside the 30-day period
- The service is not eligible for the guarantee
